- Living room with a large table and equipped kitchen.
- Oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
- Filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and extractor hood.
- One bathroom, one shower room and two separate toilets.
- Terrace overlooking the weir.
- Additional electric heating and wood-fired central heating; firewood supplied for the inset stove.
